PENGARUH MACAM BAHAN ORGANIK TERHADAP KETERSEDIAAN AMONIUM (NH +), C-ORGANIK DAN POPULASI MIKROORGANISME PADA TANAH ENTISOL

ABSTRAK
Tanaman krisan (Chrisanthemum sp) merupakan tanaman hari pendek, untuk itu diperlukan penambahan penyinaran untuk mendapatkan kualitas bunga yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penambahan penyinaran lampu dan metode night-break yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman krisan. Penelitian disusun menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (RPT) dengan 2 Faktor. Faktor utama berupa Lama penyinaran (C), dengan 3 level (C0) tanpa penambahan penyinaran lampu, (C1) penambahan penyinaran lampu selama 2 jam dan (C2) penambahan penyinaran lampu selama 4 jam. Faktor anak petak berupa metode night-break lighting (N) yang terdiri atas 3 level yaitu : (N0) Tanpa perlakuan night-break, (N1) 5 menit lampu menyala diikuti 1 menit lampu dimatikan dalam satu siklus, (N2) 10 menit lampu menyala diikuti 2 menit lampu dimatikan dalam satu siklus dan (N3) 15 menit lampu menyala diikuti 3 menit lampu dimatikan dalam satu siklus. Percobaan diulang 3 kali, sehingga jumlah seluruh petak percobaan sebanyak 27. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Interaksi perlakuan yang memberikan pengaruh pada inisiasi pembungaan / umur saat muncul bunga. Lama penyinaran berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah panen, dan bobot kering panen tanaman krisan. Sedangkan metode night-break 15 menit terang dan 3 menit mati menghasilkan waktu muncul bunga yang lebih cepat 7 hari.

ABSTRACT
Entisol have fertility storey;level which different each other, from impecunious until fertile. Organic materials have important role in determining ability of land; ground to support crop, so that if organic materials rate of downhill land, ability of land;ground in supporting downhill crop productivity also. Here in after nitrogen and carbon good for knowing decay storey : level and speed of decomposition of organic materials and also the availibility of N hara element in land. Intention of this research is to Know speed of mineralisasi and know relation among/between availibility of NH4+, C-Organik And land ground mikroorganisme population from various organic materials type. this Research method is conducted by process inkubasi use entisol land. Research device use Complete Random Device (CRD) with treatment 4 human being dirt, ox rumen, worm dirt, and compost repeated by counted 3 times, so that there are 12 polybag. Obtained data from result of perception, analysed with manner sidik ( anova). Result of this research indicate that rumen give the availibility of NH4+ progressively mount and quicker losing of NH4+ at entisol which during inkubasi. Kascing give carbon content progressively mount and obstetrical present of C-Organic very tardy at entisol which during inkubasi. Kascing represent best organic materials caused by mikroorganisme population relation is always followed with make-up of NH4+ and C-Organic content at entisol during inkubasi.
