PENGARUH WARNA DAN VOLUME TEMPAT ATRAKTAN TERHADAP LALAT BUAH BELIMBING DI KECAMAT

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh warna dan volume tempat atraktan terhadap lalat buah belimbing di Kecamatan Palang, Kabupaten Tuban, Propinsi Jawa Timur, dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Juli 2015. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 12 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas warna botol : 1) Kuning volume 0,6 ℓ; 2) Kuning volume 1 ℓ; 3) Kuning volume 1,5 ℓ; 4) Merah volume 0,6 ℓ;
5) Merah volume 1 ℓ; 6) Merah volume 1,5 ℓ; 7) Hijau volume 0,6 ℓ; 8) Hijau volume 1 ℓ; 9) Hijau volume 1,5 ℓ; 10) Putih volume 0,6 ℓ; 11) Putih volume 1 ℓ; 12) Putih volume 1,5 ℓ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa warna dan volume tempat atraktan tidak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah dan kelamin lalat buah yang terperangkap. Warna kuning volume 1,5 ℓ paling banyak memerangkap lalat buah. Spesies lalat buah yang terperangkap adalah Bactrocera carambolae.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of color and volume to a fly attractant a star fruit in Palang sub District, Tuban District, East Java Province, conducted from May to July 2015. The study design used completely randomized (CRD) with 12 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment consists of the color of the bottle: 1). Yellow volume of 0.6 ℓ; 2). Yellow volume of 1 ℓ; 3). Yellow volume of 1.5 ℓ; 4). Red volume of 0.6 ℓ; 5). Red volume of 1 ℓ; 6). Red volume of 1.5
ℓ; 7). Green volume of 0.6 ℓ; 8). Green volume of 1 ℓ; 9). Green volume of 1.5 ℓ; 10). White volume of 0.6 ℓ; 11). White volume of 1 ℓ; 12). White volume of 1.5 ℓ. The results showed that the volume of spot colors and attractants no effect on the number and sex of fruit flies were trapped. The yellow color volume of 1.5 ℓ most fruit fly trapping. Fruit fly species that is caught is Bactrocera carambolae.
