Abstract


ABSTRAK

Kosentrasi dan dosis agens hayati merupakan hal yang sangat penting sehingga dapatdiberikan dosis dan kosentrasi biosida. Streptomyces sp. yang berasal dari lahan tomat di PareKediri memiliki kemampuan produsi kitin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengtahuimultiantagonis Streptomyces sp. hasil isolasi dan seleksi dari lahan tomat di Pare menghambatperkembangan koloni Fusarium oxisporun penyebab penyakit layu tomat pada kondisi in vitrodan persentase kematian pupa terhadap lalat buah. Penelitian dirancang menggunakanRancangan Acak lengkap dengan perlakuan 5 tingkat kerapatan spora (101,102103,104105).Masing-masing perlakuan diulang 5 kali. Parameter pengamatan meliputi kerapatan spora,persentase kematian lalat buah, daya hambat terhadap koloni jamur Fusarium oxysporum,Pada kerapatan sel bakteri streptomyces sp mencapai 127 X 10-1 potensi agens hayati tersebuthanya mampu mematikan 30% dan memperpanjang stadia pupa lebih lama 1 hari. Namundemikian pada penelitian berikutnya agens hayati ini mampu menghambat hingga 60%.Streptomyces sp dari tomat Pare kurang mapu menghabat koloni Fusarium sp. daya hambatStreptomyces sp hanya 43 %, Jika dicampur dengan Trichoderma sp. mampu menghambat hingga 55%Kata Kunci Antagonis, parasit, kerapatan spora

ABSTRACT

Concentration and dose of biological agents is very important so that it can be given adose and concentration of biocide. Streptomyces sp. derived from tomato fields in Pare has theability produsi chitin. This study aims to mengtahui multiantagonis Streptomyces sp. the result ofthe isolation and selection of tomato fields in Pare hinder the development of colonies ofFusarium wilt disease of tomato oxisporun cause the condition in vitro and the percentage ofdead pupae against fruit flies. The study was designed using a complete randomized designwith five treatments spore density (101,102103,104105). Each treatment was repeated 5 times.Parameters include the observation of spore density, percentage of dead fruit flies, inhibitoryeffect on colonies of Fusarium oxysporum, In Streptomyces sp bacterial cell density reached127 X 10-1 potential biological agent is only able to kill 30% and extend the pupa stage morethan 1 day. However, in subsequent studies biological agent is able to inhibit up to 60%.Streptomyces sp of tomato Pare less mapu menghabat colonies of Fusarium sp. Streptomycessp inhibition of only 43%, if mixed with Trichoderma sp. h ingga able to inhibit 55%Keywords antagonists, parasites, spore density
