Abstract


ABSTRAK

Tanaman tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L.) merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikulturayang penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar dan mayarakat. Produksi tanaman tomatmempunyai kendala yang sering terjadi yaitu serangan penyakit layu fusarium. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan serangan penyakit layu fusarium pada tanaman tomatserta memberikan pertumbuhan yang terbaik pada tanaman tomat. Penelitian ini menggunakanrancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan pemberian kombinasi Agens hayatiActinomycetes sp. dan Trichoderma sp. (ATF), pemberian Agens hayati Actinomycetes sp.(AF), pemberian Agens hayati Trichoderma sp. (AT), dan tanpa perlakuan (Kontrol). Benihdirendam dengan suspensi isolat dari masing-masing perlakuan selama 25 menit. Setelah itubenih dikering anginkan kemudian ditanam pada media yang diinokulasikan patogen Fusariumsp. Data yang diperoleh berupa presentase uji antagonis secara in vitro, panjang tanaman,jumlah daun, berat basah akar, dan panjang akar tanaman yang dianalisis dengan tabel anovadan dilanjutkan uji BNT dengan taraf ketelitian 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwadengan pemberian kombinasi Agens hayati Actinomycetes sp. dan Trichoderma sp. dapatmeningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman tomat dan mampu menekan penyakit layu fusarium.Kata Kunci : Trichoderma sp., Actinomycetes sp., tanaman tomat, Fusarium sp.

ABSTRACT

Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) is one of horticultural commodities that are importantin meeting the needs of the market and society. Production of tomato plants has constraints thatoften happens that an attack fusarium wilt. This study aims to determine the barriers fusariumwilt disease in tomato plants as well as providing the best growth on tomato plants. This studyuses a completely randomized design (CRD) with the administration of the combinationtreatments Actinomycetes sp biological agents. and Trichoderma sp. (ATF), the provision ofbiological agents Actinomycetes sp. (AF), the provision of Trichoderma sp. biological agents(AT), and no treatment (control). Seeds are soaked with the suspension isolates of eachtreatment for 25 minutes. After that the wind dried the seeds and then planted in the media wereinoculated pathogen Fusarium sp. Data obtained in the form of a percentage of antagonists invitro test, the length of the plant, number of leaves, root wet weight, and length of the roots ofplants that were analyzed with ANOVA table and fillowed by using test BNT at the level 5%. Theresearch results by providing a combination of biological agents Actinomycetes sp. andTrichoderma sp. can promote the growth of tomato plant and able to suppress fusarium wiltdisease.Keywords: Trichoderma sp., Actinomycetes sp., Plant tomatoes, Fusarium sp.
