EFISIENSI BIAYA PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU MENGGUNAKAN METODE HEURISTIK SILVER MEAL
Abstract
ABSTRAKSI
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahaui efisiensi biaya produksi dan biaya persediaan bahan baku pembantu seminimal mungkin dengan menggunakan metode heuristik silver meal.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Total cost untuk bahan baku pembantu Kapor Tohor dengan menggunakan metode Heuristic Silver Meal menghasilkan efisiensi sebesar 11,151 %., Total cost untuk bahan baku pembantu Belerang dengan menggunakan metode Heuristic Silver Meal menghasilkan efisiensi sebesar 8,815 %., Total cost untuk bahan baku pembantu Asam Phospat Cair dengan menggunakan metode Heuristic Silver Meal menghasilkan efisiensi sebesar 34,649 %. Dan Total cost untuk bahan baku pembantu Kurifloc menggunakan metode Heuristic Silver Meal menghasilkan efisiensi sebesar 10,374 %. Sehingga untuk keseluruhan total biaya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pembantu riil yang dikeluarkan perusahaan selama bulan Oktober tahun 2010 sampai bulan September 2011 (TCA) adalah Rp. 8.979.586.875,- sedangkan apabila menggunakan metode Heuristik Silver Meal (TCC) total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 7.641.522.500,- sehingga didapatkan penghematan sebesar Rp 1.518.064.375,- dengan efisiensi 14,901 %. Dimana metode Heuristik Silver Meal menghasilkan Total Cost yang lebih rendah bila dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan.

The purpose of this study is to derive the cost efficiency of production and raw material inventory costs to a minimum maid with silver meal using heuristic methods .

Research found that the total cost for raw materials maid Kapor oxide with Silver Meal Heuristic method produces an efficiency of 11.151 % . , Total cost for raw material sulfur maid with Silver Meal Heuristic method produces an efficiency of 8.815 % . , Total cost for materials Liquid Acid phosphate raw helper using the Silver Meal Heuristic method produces an efficiency of 34.649 % . And the total cost for raw materials maid Kurifloc Silver Meal Heuristic method produces an efficiency of 10.374 % . So the total cost for the overall inventory control of raw materials real maid company issued during October 2010 until September 2011 ( TCA ) was Rp . 8979586875 , - whereas when using the Silver Meal Heuristic methods ( TCC ) the total cost of Rp . 7641522500 , - so we get a savings of Rp 1,518,064,375 , - with an efficiency of 14.901 % . Where the Silver Meal Heuristic method produces a lower Total Cost when compared with company policy .
