Pengaruh Manajemen Perubahan Dan Organisasi Pembelajaran Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Divisi Accounting & Finance Pt. Aerofood Acs Surabaya

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen perubahandan organisasi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja pegawai akuntansi dan keuangan PT.Aerofood ACS Surabaya. Berdasarkan metodologi kuantitatif dan menggunakankuesioner, sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh non-probabilitas untuk 33 anggota departemen akuntansi dan keuangan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa variabel manajemen dan organisasi pembelajaran berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Aerofood ACS Surabaya, baik secara parsialmaupun simultan. Berdasarkan hasil regresi menggunakan SPSS versi 20, variabelManajemen perubahan dan Organisasi Pembelajaran mampu menjelaskan variabelKinerja Pegawai sebesar 60,2%, sehingga sebesar 39,8% sisanya dapat dijelaskan olehvariabel atau faktor lain.Kata kunci: Manajemen Perubahan, Organisasi Pembelajaran, Kinerja Pegawai
