Abstract


International assistance is carried out by one country to another through international cooperation. International assistance can be in the form of money, technology, weapons, or in the form of infrastructure development cooperation. International assistance can be provided by countries that have had bilateral relations before, such as Indonesia and Singapore. Currently, the two countries are designing new cooperation in the infrastructure sector to facilitate the cooperation in the tourism sector that has been carried out previously, using bilateral types of international assistance. Cooperation between the two countries also has a program called "three bridges" and this program is the latest form of international assistance carried out by the two countries. In order to strengthen the cooperative relationship between Indonesia and Singapore.Keyword: International Aid, Development, Bilateral.
