PENGARUH MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI, EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT DAN KEPERCAYAAN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KREATIVITAS PEGAWAI TELKOM DIVRE V WITEL SIDOARJO

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Keberhasilan perusahaan sangat ditentukan kreativitas pegawai yang mampu melakukan strategi perusahaan dengan baik. Kreativitas merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk menghasilkan atau menemukan inovasi baru baik dalam gagasan. Motivasi harus dijaga dan amat perlu untuk ditingkatkan ke arah yang positif dan lebih baik. Dengan pengembangan komunikasi atasan dengan bawahan dan pemberian bonus atau promoasi jabatan agar para karyawan akan  menimbulkan kepercayaan pada atasan, yang dapat menghasilkan kinerja maksimal dan mampu mengembangkan pemikiran kreatif dalam menyelesaikan masalah maupun pekerjaan yang mereka hadapi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Berprestasi, Employee Empowerment dan Kepercayaan Organisasional terhadap kreativitas Pegawai PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Divisi Regional V Witel Sidoarjo. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada Pegawai PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Divisi Regional V Witel Sidoarjo berjumlah 136 Pegawai. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda.Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) Terdapat pengaruh Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap kreativitas Pegawai; (2) Terdapat pengaruh Employee Empowerment terhadap kreativitas Pegawai; (3) Terdapat pengaruh Kepercayaan Organisasional terhadap kreativitas Pegawai.

ABSTRACT

The company’s success is primarily determined by the creativity of employees who can carry out the company’s strategy well. Creativity is a person’s ability to produce or find innovations both in ideas. Motivation must be maintained and needs to be improved in a positive and better direction. With the development of communication between superiors and subordinates and the provision of bonuses or promotions, employees will create trust in their superiors, which can produce maximum performance and develop creative thinking in solving problems and the work they face. This study aimed to determine the effect of Achievement Motivation, Employee Empowerment, and Organizational Trust on the creativity of PT. Telecommunications Indonesia Regional Division V Witel Sidoarjo. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Telecommunications Indonesia Regional Division V Witel Sidoarjo totaled 136 employees. By using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The conclusions of this study are: (1) There is an influence of Achievement Motivation on employee creativity; (2) There is an influence of Employee Empowerment on employee creativity; (3) There is an influence of Organizational Trust on employee creativity.
