The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

1. Original Research Article

The original research article presents the results of empirical, qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods research in the field of public administration that has not been published elsewhere. Research can use policy analysis approaches, case studies, comparative studies, program evaluation, or systemic analysis. The article must clearly state the research problem, objectives, theoretical/conceptual framework, methods, empirical findings, practical/policy contributions, and novelty.

  • Structure: Title; Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Research Methods; Results and Discussion (with sub-headings); Policy Conclusions and Recommendations; Bibliography.

2. Conceptual / Theoretical Article

Conceptual articles develop new arguments, theories, or analytical frameworks in public governance through an in-depth analysis of public administration concepts, regulatory dynamics, public management paradigms, or public service models. This article is not required to be based on the collection of primary field data, but must nevertheless make an original contribution to the development of public administration theories or practices, such as criticism of existing frameworks, reconceptualization of service models, or proposed directions for bureaucratic reform.

3. Review Article / Systematic Literature Review

Review articles critically and systematically examine developments in the literature, policies, or governance practices on specific public administration topics (e.g., using SLR or meta-analysis methods). This article goes beyond simply summarizing the literature: it identifies trends, theoretical debates, research gaps, and provides recommendations for future research and public policy formulation.
