Ownership and Management

1. Ownership

Dinamika Governance: : Jurnal Ilmu Administrasi Negara is owned by Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur, a public university in Indonesia. The journal is published and managed by  the Faculty of Social, Cultural, and Political Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur. The journal is not owned by individuals, commercial companies, or other organizations. The journal is published on a non-profit basis, as part of the Faculty's commitment to develop legal science and contribute to positive change in Public Administration.

The journal is managed by an editorial team consisting of academics from the Faculty of Social, Cultural and Political Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur, along with editors from other institutions in Indonesia and abroad.

Responsibilities are divided as follows:

• Editor-in-Chief: sets the journal's editorial direction and policies, as well as is ultimately responsible for all publication decisions.
• Managing Editor: runs editorial workflows, including manuscript administration, publication schedules, and communication with authors and reviewers.
• Editor: handles manuscripts in their areas of expertise, selects reviewers and provides editorial recommendations.
• Reviewers: assess the scientific quality of the manuscript through single-blind peer review.

Members of the editorial team are appointed by the [Dean of the Faculty of Social, Cultural and Political Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur] for a specific term, based on their expertise and publication records in the field of Public Administration.

4. Editorial Independence

Although the journal is owned and published by Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur, editorial decisions are made independently by the editorial team. Neither the owner nor the publisher interferes in decisions on individual manuscripts. Decisions are based solely on scientific merit, following  the journal's Review Process Policy and the guidelines  of the Publication Ethics Committee (COPE). Manuscripts by authors from the Faculty of Social, Cultural and Political Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur, and members of the editorial team go through the same review process as other manuscripts (see  our Conflict of Interest policy  ).

5. Funding and Sources of Income

The operation of this journal is funded by:

• Institutional support from the Faculty of Social, Cultural and Political Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur, which includes infrastructure, website hosting, and support staff.
• Article Processing Fee (APC) of IDR 650,000 per article accepted for publication (see Fees).

The Journal does not charge reader subscription fees or access fees. The Journal does not accept advertising or sponsorship – verification. The source of funding has no effect on editorial decisions.
