Publication Ethics

This journal is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Department of Public Administration, UPN "Veteran" East Java. This statement clarifies the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the process of publishing articles in this journal, including the authors, reviewers, the Editor-in-Chief, the Editorial Team, reviewers, and the publisher.

Editorial Responsibilities

1. The editor of the "Dinamika Governance" Journal is responsible for deciding which articles to publish through editorial board meetings.

2. Editing is guided by the journal's policy and editorial board, which is bound by applicable laws regarding libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.

3. The editorial team operates on an equal-stakes basis during the article acceptance process.

4. In the journal's review process and publication decisions, the editorial team does not discriminate based on the authors' race, gender, religion, ethnicity, citizenship, or political ideology.

5. The editor and editorial team will not disclose any information about manuscripts or articles without the author's permission.

6. Unpublished manuscripts (articles) submitted will not be used for research by the editor and will be returned to the author.

 

Duities of Reviewer

 1. Reviewers assist editors in making decisions regarding accepted articles.

2. Reviewers are responsible for providing recommendations on articles reviewed.Manuscript reviews are conducted objectively and supported by clear arguments.

3. Reviewers maintain the confidentiality of information intended for personal gain.

 

Author's responsibility

 1. Authors must present articles or research results clearly, honestly, and without plagiarism or data manipulation.

2. Authors are responsible for confirming the proposed and written articles.

3. Authors must comply with publication requirements, including original papers, free from plagiarism, and unpublished papers in other journals or publications.

4. Authors must cite references to cited opinions and other literature.Authors are required to write manuscripts or articles with ethical standards, honesty, and responsibility, in accordance with applicable scientific writing regulations.

5. Authors are prohibited from submitting similar articles to more than one journal or publication.

6. Authors are not subject to corrections to articles without changing the basic ideas or substance of the article.

 

Publisher's Responsibilities

 1. As a publisher of scientific journals, Dinamika Governance is responsible for publishing articles after they have undergone a thorough editing, peer review, and formatting process in accordance with scientific journal publishing regulations.

2. Dinamika Governance is responsible for ensuring the academic freedom of editors and reviewers in carrying out their work.

3. Dinamika Governance is responsible for maintaining privacy, protecting intellectual property, copyright, and editorial freedom.
